He received his real estate license in 2002 and began working part time as he gained a bachelors degree from the University of Toledo. He worked many hours for a discount real estate brokerage company in Toledo, OH that specialized in the "For Sale By Owner" market. In 2004 he completed his Finance degree in Toledo and headed home to the Dayton, Ohio area. Scott grew up in Centerville and currently resides in Miamisburg with his wife Laura and two kids. He has continued to work successfully with clients to buy and sell real estate for more than 10 years. He has over 5 years of commercial real estate banking experience working with the sixth largest bank in the country and a large regional bank. For several years he worked to originate commercial loans with owner occupied companies and investors throughout the Southern Ohio market. He also managed a large portfolio of commercial real estate loans throughout the U.S. to underwrite, assess credit risk, negotiate terms, and loan documentation.
